Important: The DigiLocker & APAAR ID Update

DigiLocker has already issued a notification advising students to set up their accounts in advance.

  • Students with an APAAR ID: Your digital marksheet will automatically appear in the "Issued Documents" section once the results are declared.

  • Students without an APAAR ID: You are encouraged to create your DigiLocker account using your mobile number and Aadhaar to avoid technical delays on result day.

The New "Best of Two" Policy

Starting this year, CBSE has introduced a major change. If a student is unhappy with their marks, they can appear for the Second Phase exams (tentatively starting May 15). The board will consider the best of the two scores for the final marksheet, giving students a significant cushion to improve their performance without the "compartment" stigma.

Note: CBSE no longer publishes a "Toppers List" or merit ranks to reduce academic pressure. The focus remains on individual growth and qualitative grading (A1 to D2).
