I can watch 'Kuch Kuch Locha Hai' with my parents: Ram Kapoor

Mumbai: Ram Kapoor, who will be seen sharing the screen with actress Sunny Leone in "Kuch Kuch Locha Hai", says that the forthcoming comedy caper is a family drama. He also says that he can even watch the film with his parents and in-laws.

"It's not an adult comedy. It's a family comedy which is going to be an U rated film," Ram Kapoor told IANS.

"I can watch this film with my family including my parents and in-laws. My in-laws are Marathi Brahmins and very conservative but I am confident that they will like it," he added.


Satyam case verdict deferred till March 9

Hyderabad: A special CBI court Tuesday adjourned pronouncement of the much awaited judgment in the multi-crore Satyam scam till March 9, next year.

Special Judge B.V.L.N. Chakravarthi deferred the verdict, citing the voluminous documents of the case.

K. Surender, special public prosecutor, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), which probed the case, told reporters that the court would now pronounce the verdict March 9, 2015.

Auto-rickshaw problems in cities: Allow free license to induce competition

New Delhi: It has become a common practice in cities like Delhi that auto-rickshaws decline to move according to fare-meters and to required destinations despite fares having been increased as per their demands. 

Only remedy is to issue unrestricted licenses for auto-rickshaws so that these may be in so plenty on city-roads that auto-rickshaw drivers may not find it easy to decline moving according to fare-meters, or to go to desired destinations of the passengers.


Relief operations in full swing in cyclone-hit Andhra

Visakhapatnam: Relief operations are in full swing in Visakhapatnam and other parts of north coastal Andhra that was battered by severe cyclonic storm Hudhud last Sunday.

On the fifth day of relief work, rescue workers including personnel from National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) were busy removing trees, electricity poles and other debris from the roads in and around this port city and surrounding districts.
